To use the OJA89 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements before registering as a member. OJA89 reserves the right to verify your eligibility status at any time and may request supporting documents as proof.

OJA89 accepts a variety of Malaysian digital payment methods for account deposits. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no currency conversion fees are charged.

Accepted deposit methods at OJA89 include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Processing times for all of the above methods are typically under three minutes.

• Funds you deposit must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you. OJA89 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
• OJA89 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment account used for a deposit where necessary.
• Deposits that cannot be processed due to incorrect information or technical issues on the payment provider's end will be refunded in full – however, OJA89 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
• OJA89 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own separate charges in accordance with their respective terms.

OJA89 is committed to processing member withdrawals promptly and fairly. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction, with a processing time of between 15 and 30 minutes for all supported methods.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for deposits, except in specific circumstances that require approval from the OJA89 finance team.
• OJA89 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure in place to protect our members.
• Winnings derived from bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• OJA89 does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, the receiving financial institution may apply their own charges.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once a match has begun, unless the Cash Out feature is activated before the final result.
• Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. Where an official result is disputed, OJA89 will await formal confirmation before settling the bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and not resumed within 48 hours, bets will generally be refunded in full unless otherwise specified in the rules for that particular market.
• OJA89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error and do not reflect the true market value.
• In-play bets placed in the Live Match section of OJA89 are subject to the outcome recorded at the time the bet is accepted by the system — not the time you click the button.
