From registration to placing your first bet — simple and fast
Malaysia is one of the most active esports communities in Southeast Asia. From cybercafes in Ipoh to tournament halls in KLCC, gaming and esports culture is deeply woven into the lives of Malaysian youth. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in particular is a genuine phenomenon — every MPL Malaysia season is met with an enthusiasm that rivals Super League football. OJA89 is here to bridge that passion for esports with a betting experience that is fair, secure and enjoyable.
The E-Sports section at oja89 is among the most comprehensive in Malaysia. We go beyond basic markets like match winners — we offer unique in-game markets tailored to each title. Mobile Legends fans can bet on which team draws First Blood, takes down the First Tower, or wins the opening map. It's a level of depth that makes every match genuinely exciting and worth watching.
For CS2 fans, OJA89 offers exceptionally deep coverage. Every CS2 match comes with dozens of different markets — from overall match winner and map handicap to total rounds on a specific map, all the way down to the knife round winner, which is often the most dramatic moment in any match. Players who truly know the game can use their understanding of team playstyles, map preferences and individual player performance to gain a real edge when placing their bets.
VALORANT is growing fast among younger Malaysian players, and OJA89 recognises this trend with full coverage of the VCT Champions Tour Pacific and VCT Challengers Malaysia/Singapore. The Malaysian VALORANT scene is expanding rapidly, which creates exciting opportunities for local fans who follow the country's esports scene closely. Betting on local teams isn't just about the potential winnings — it's also a way to show your support for Malaysia's representatives on the global stage.
One of the things that sets OJA89 apart from other esports platforms is our commitment to real-time updates. Our e-sports odds shift dynamically throughout a match, reflecting the latest in-game developments. If a favoured team starts falling behind, their odds will adjust accordingly – offering better value to those who believe in the team's ability to stage a comeback. This in-play feature adds a genuine extra dimension to the e-sports betting experience.
OJA89 also makes deposits and withdrawals straightforward for Malaysian players. You can top up using DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay or FPX in just a few minutes — no complicated steps, no lengthy waits. Winnings can be withdrawn just as quickly through the same methods, so you can stay focused on what really matters: following the action and making smart betting decisions.
For those new to e-sports betting, OJA89 provides match statistics and historical data to help you understand each team's strengths and weaknesses. Head-to-head records, performance across Bo1, Bo3, and Bo5 formats, and individual player stats – all available to help you make more informed decisions. Betting with data is a far better strategy than relying on instinct alone, and OJA89 gives you the tools you need to do exactly that.
